Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Orders are processed every business day and are normally delivered within 7-10 business days. Specified items may require delivery by truck. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton. Please supply street address in addition to P.O Box numbers.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you call by 10 a.m. (EST),only in-stock and selected items will ship. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are effective through January 2, 2007. Prices are subject to change without notice. Express Delivery does not include weekends. Orders shipped Next Day on Friday will be received the following Monday. Express Delivery available for contiguous U.S. only.
BACK ORDERS:
A back order is any item that is temporarily out of stock. If we cannot ship the product, you will be notified. Credit card orders will not be charged until they are ready for shipment.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or exchange. Videos and software are non-returnable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
For product returns, visit our corporate parent web site by clicking the link below. From there, you may download a pre-printed mailing label, which should be affixed to your package and returned to a post office, collection box or postal carrier. Please include your invoice or bill with product(s) you are returning. If you do not have an invoice or bill, please supply us with your name, address and phone number so we can properly credit your account.
